We delivered this truly iconic building for Aldar in Abu Dhabi. The toroidal building was the first of its type and with MZP Architects and Ove Arup engineers we co-ordinated to deliver this 1st project for the Al Raha Beach development as part of Aldar’s vision to develop the northern entrance to Abu Dhabi.
The project included slipform construction for the Cores, 6000 tonne of structural steel and 32,000m2 of Façade and unique BMU all built on fast track basis.
