We undertook the enabling works and construction of Raft Slab for the project. This included the demolition of the existing Habtoor Metropolitan hotel and construction of shoring piles and Foundation piles plus the delivery of the project Raft structure. The raft structure varied from 600mm thick to 3.2 meters thick and was delivered successfully for the following trades to commence the tower construction.
